Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Delivering individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to individual clients.

• Collaborating with clients to set therapeutic goals while consistently monitoring progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Offering teletherapy sessions to ensure all clients have access to the support they require, particularly those facing mobility issues or geographic constraints.

• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation of client sessions and progress, upholding ethical standards and adhering to regulatory requirements.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through training and workshops to enhance your clinical expertise and stay informed about the latest practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid counseling license from the state of Illinois, such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, ensuring a solid foundation in clinical practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering a sense of safety and openness.

• A compassionate, empathic approach to client interactions, demonstrating patience and understanding of their experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively while performing various administrative tasks related to client care.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience with various therapeutic modalities, a background in community mental health, and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be advantageous to enhancing your contributions to the practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your skills and dedication, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
