Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, preferably within a hospice or palliative care setting.
