What You'll Do

As a  Remote Insurance Representative , you'll educate clients, provide exceptional service, and build lasting relationships throughout the customer journey.

Primary Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and phone appointments.

• Connect with qualified members who have requested information.

• Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.

• Evaluate client needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.

• Guide members through the enrollment process.

• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.

• Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after enrollment.

• Maintain accurate records while following company and state compliance requirements.

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.

Who We're Looking For

• Eligible to obtain any required state insurance license.

Experience in customer service, insurance, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, business development, client services, call centers, or sales is welcomed—but not required.
