Elastic is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead the Enterprise team across the West region. You will drive existing and new logo growth by implementing a scalable GTM motion and leading from the front to exceed quotas. You will mentor enterprise AE teams, shape sales plans, compensation structures, and customer segmentation while building strong partner ecosystems and collaborating with Elastic leadership to deliver a seamless customer experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Elastic
