Associate Manager, Walmart Omnichannel Activation

Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute Omnichannel business plans in partnership with our Customer Business Teams and HQ category planning teams. This includes ensuring our eCommerce best practices around assortment, content, search & activation are incorporated into customer plans. Assess key flywheel opportunities, develop and drive projects to address opportunities, record learnings and best practices to be shared across the MDLZ organization. Drive omnichannel activations for MDLZ brands at our customers in partnership with the CBT and headquarters brand teams. Develop and build strategies for best-in-class conversion to propel our customer businesses in achieving our aggressive growth goals. Responsible for brief development, brainstorms, idea sell-in and execution. Manage agencies, partnerships and cross functional stakeholder as necessary to ensure program success.Partner with our retailers to improve their digital commerce and activation capabilities and roadmap. This includes capability assessments and transparent conversations with the retailers around how they compare in the marketplace and how we can work together to achieve best in class.Key KPIs:Market share – total, in-store and onlineRevenue and volume growthDelivery of impactful omnichannel marketing activations at WalmartStakeholders: ExternalMerchant teams at Walmart, retail media network leadersExternal Media Agencies & Data VendorsPeer NetworkInternalCustomer Vice Presidents (CVP), Sales Planner, and key cross functional business leadsInsights & Analytics teams across the organizationMedia & Retail Media Strategy organizationCategory marketing teamsOmnichannel Marketing & Activation Team across customersJob specific requirements:Shopper, trade or brand marketing experience preferredDigital commerce and retail media experience a plus3-5 years of CPG experienceComfortable managing with ambiguity and working in a role where the scope will change over time based on business needsKnows how to get things done both through formal channels and informal networkUnderstands Mondelez culture and cultures of external retail organizations / customersEstablishes partnerships with key internal support functions and stakeholdersInstills trust and credibility with customers to influence strategies and tacticsUnderstands origin and reasoning behind best practices; shares best practices across teamCompetent presenting to internal and external leaders, can be trusted during challenging questioningExperience driving success with a cross functional teamStrong, proactive communication skillsCustomer focus, management planningCapability/background in analytics and insightsConnection to external industry resources Travel: Up to 25%Salary and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
