Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Rehab to join our team at Gulfside Health and Rehabilitation Center in Clearwater, FL. As a member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation department and ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care and services. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department, including staff management, scheduling, and resource allocation

• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs that meet the unique needs of our residents, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to resident care, including medical, nursing, and social services

• Provide guidance and support to rehabilitation staff to ensure that they are meeting the highest standards of care and service

• Develop and manage budgets, including staffing, supplies, and equipment

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Medicare and Medicaid regulations

• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and service

• Participate in hospital and departmental committees, including quality improvement, infection control, and patient safety

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a rehabilitation management or leadership role

• Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation, Healthcare Administration, or related field

• $80,000 to $95,000 annual salary based on years of experience
