Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality therapy to individuals, couples, and families struggling with mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans by thoroughly assessing client needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, and adapt treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Facilitate workshops or group therapy sessions to enhance clients’ coping strategies and interpersonal skills.

• Use appropriate therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, or Emotionally Focused Therapy as deemed suitable for clients.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive care approach, making referrals to specialists when necessary.

• Document client progress, treatment plans, and any essential notes accurately in our electronic health record system.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, encompassing individuals, couples, and families from varied backgrounds and cultural identities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
