Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to create and implement personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and interventions tailored to each client’s needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning, using risk assessment techniques when necessary to ensure client safety.

• Maintain electronic health records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
