Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide culturally competent therapy to individuals and families grappling with end-of-life issues and mental health challenges, using holistic methods that encompass emotional, psychological, and spiritual care.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic practices to meet the specific cultural and personal needs of a diverse patient population.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent qualifications.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in providing counseling or social work services, preferably in hospice, palliative care, or mental health settings.

• Skills: Proficient in crisis management techniques and various therapeutic modalities, especially cognitive behavioral therapy.

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on building rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Previous experience working within a hospice or end-of-life care setting is highly preferred, as is familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies. Knowledge of the unique psychosocial challenges faced by clients in palliative care will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Integral Wellness Clinic offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
