Payroll Specialist – Pasadena, CA Compensation: $27.00 hourly (range: $27–$32 hourly) Type: Full‑time, Contract to hire Location: Pasadena, CA (hybrid/remote options) Responsibilities: The Payroll Specialist is part of the Finance Department and is responsible for supporting preparation and disbursement of bi‑weekly payroll, including garnishments, benefits, and taxes. Under the direction of the Payroll Manager and daily instruction from the Payroll Supervisor, the Specialist ensures all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely. Payroll Analyst Responsibilities: Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Analyzes payroll data for accuracy and consistency. Payroll Manager – Pasadena, CA Responsibilities: Oversees, manages, and administers Payroll, Payroll Accounting, and HRIS functions. Provides leadership, ensures timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing, and supports the company's strategic business objectives. Payroll Clerk Job Duties: Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and processing payroll data. Supports the Payroll Team throughout the payroll cycle.
