Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals and families experiencing serious health issues, including terminal illnesses. This role emphasizes compassionate care and understanding of the unique challenges faced by families in hospice settings. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as an LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in social work, particularly within early intervention or hospice environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
