Senior Specialist, Product and Services Marketing

Our Global Medical Products and Distribution business manufactures, sources, and distributes Cardinal Health branded medical, surgical, and laboratory products, along with a broad portfolio of national brand products, serving healthcare providers. Within this segment, the Laboratory business supports more than 6,300 laboratories through a comprehensive offering of both Cardinal Health™ Brand and national brand products, as well as supply chain services and solutions. The Senior Specialist, Product and Services Marketing (Laboratory Products ) will play a critical role in coordinating and supporting a variety of marketing and business operations initiatives. This position is responsible for managing administrative and project-based activities, ensuring the timely execution of deliverables, and facilitating collaboration across multiple stakeholders, including Legal, Regulatory, Digital/Web, Product, and Commercial teams. The role requires strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of coordination, supporting content reviews, approval workflows, website updates and product launch activities, while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and adherence to timelines. Success in this role will depend on strong communication skills, proactive relationship building, time management and the ability to drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support project timelines, workflows, approvals, and communications to ensure on-time completion of key initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Legal, Regulatory, Digital/Web, Product, and Commercial stakeholders.
• Maintain SOPs, project documentation, and process controls to drive consistency and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate content reviews, website updates, and product launch activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collect, organize, and report data to support business operations and strategic projects.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide timely status updates, issue resolution, and project support.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Perform additional project management, administrative, and operational support duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, marketing communications, product marketing support, or a related business function preferred.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving Legal, Regulatory, Digital/Web, Product Management, and Commercial teams preferred.
• Project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy across documentation, content reviews, approvals, and project deliverables.
• Ability to manage workflows, approval processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in a regulated or highly matrixed environment.
• Experience supporting website content updates, digital marketing initiatives, or content management systems (CMS) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret business data to support decision-making.
• Ability to work independently while building strong partnerships and driving collaboration across stakeholder groups.

Anticipated base pay range: $68,500 - $88,000

• The salary range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.
