Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- State licensure for SLPs in Illinois (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFYs are encouraged to apply
- Background in pediatric and/or school-based therapy
- Experience with teletherapy platforms a plus
- Strong familiarity with Individualized Education Program (IEP) implementation and documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility to adapt to varying caseloads and settings
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Support a diverse caseload across assigned schools, utilizing both direct and indirect service models
- Maintain thorough documentation in the district’s IEP system (training provided upon onboarding)
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Participate in team meetings, offering insight and engaging in the IEP process
- Deliver services in dedicated therapy spaces with support as needed; paid travel for itinerant assignments considered
- Participate in district-led initiatives and ongoing professional development
