We are seeking a Bilingual Collections Specialist (English/Spanish) to join our growing team in Prescott Valley, Arizona. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who excels at communication, problem-solving, and account management.

Collections Specialist (Bilingual) Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- Contact customers regarding past-due accounts and collect outstanding payments.
- Process and post customer payments while maintaining accurate account records.
- Resolve billing questions, payment issues, and customer account concerns.
- Monitor aging accounts and follow collection procedures, including service disconnections when authorized.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely account resolution and excellent customer service.
Collections Specialist (Bilingual) Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial collections experience preferred.
- Previous billing, collections, and/or customer service experience preferred.
- The ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and provide customer support in both languages (English and Spanish) is essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Flexible and willing to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as business needs require.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
