Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a positive and trusting rapport with patients through compassionate communication and strong interpersonal skills.

• Diagnose various mental health disorders, utilizing assessments and clinical interviews to develop tailored treatment plans that reflect individual patient needs.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and families, incorporating evidence-based techniques and therapies to guide treatment.

• Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans by conducting ongoing assessments of patient progress, integrating feedback from both the patients and relevant family members.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and foster community engagement while promoting psychological resilience.

• Maintain thorough documentation of patient sessions, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with specialists when needed, providing referrals to ensure holistic and comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
