Commercial Business Development ManagerFlyLock Security Solutions – Boston is looking for an experienced, driven Commercial Business Development Manager to help grow our commercial customer base throughout Greater Boston and Eastern Massachusetts. This is an outside sales role built for someone who enjoys getting into the market, building relationships, opening doors, and turning those relationships into long-term customers. You'll work directly with our General Manager and operational team to identify new opportunities, develop relationships with commercial decision-makers, and grow revenue across FlyLock's full range of security and building access solutions. We aren't looking for someone to sit behind a desk and wait for leads to come in. We're looking for someone who can create opportunities, build a network, and become a trusted resource for businesses throughout the Boston market.FlyLock provides commercial security and building access solutions including:Access control systemsVideo surveillance and CCTVIntercom and entry systemsCommercial doors, frames and hardwareElectrified door hardwareLocks, keys and master key systemsAutomatic door systemsSecurity system upgrades and modernizationPreventative maintenance and ongoing serviceOur customers range from local businesses and property managers to healthcare organizations, schools, municipalities, general contractors, multi-location businesses and major commercial facilities.We are looking for someone who is:Experienced in B2B or commercial salesComfortable prospecting and developing their own opportunitiesConfident meeting with business owners and senior decision-makersStrong at relationship buildingOrganized and disciplined with follow-upComfortable managing a pipeline and CRMCompetitive and motivated by performanceComfortable working independently in the fieldAble to communicate effectively with both customers and internal operational teamsInterested in developing a long-term career and book of businessExperience selling security, access control, commercial construction, doors and hardware, electrical, low voltage, building services, facilities services, HVAC, fire protection or another commercial trade is a significant plus, but not required.
