About the Role:

Join Horhut Tree Experts LLC as a Groundsman and become an essential part of our dedicated team in Pittsburgh, PA! This exciting role involves supporting our tree care operations while working outdoors and contributing to the beautification of our community.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in tree removal, pruning, and maintenance tasks under the supervision of experienced arborists.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, ensuring all tools are in safe working condition.
• Clear debris and maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Support team members in rigging and lowering branches safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscaping or tree care is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic tree species and care techniques is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.
