Work Environment\n

The position is entirely remote, offering flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule. Therapists typically work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some adjustments may be required based on patient appointment needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that provide a comprehensive understanding of each patient’s needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Lead psychoeducational groups to foster community support and share important coping strategies with patients facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate with colleagues, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care that meets the mental and emotional needs of each individual.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing acute mental health crises or emergencies.

• Educate clients on their diagnoses, available treatment options, and connect them with pertinent community resources to support their recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in alignment with HIPAA guidelines and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in weekly team meetings and case consultations, contributing insights and staying informed on best practices and emerging research in the field.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
