Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations to assess the mental health needs of clients, applying best practices and evidence-based techniques.

• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing recognized therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored specifically to each client’s needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and other pertinent privacy laws.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to enhance the delivery of care.

• Participate in monthly case consultation meetings and peer review sessions to continuously improve treatment efficacy and client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their healthcare journey.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in the mental health field to provide the highest quality of care to clients.

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and present with a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent qualifications.
