Associate, Executive Search

Overview Qurated is hiring an Executive Search Associate to join our growing US team. We’re looking for an ambitious Researcher or Associate from an executive search background who wants to be part of building a modern executive search firm. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running supporting across research and search delivery while also being involved with candidate engagement and commercial exposure, while supporting wider group searches where needed. The role will play an important part in identifying opportunities and generating relevant leads that contribute to the growth of our US search team. Responsibilities Building the market intelligence behind senior Financial Services searches across the US Identifying, engaging, and assessing the c-suite executives Supporting and contributing live searches from initial mapping through to shortlist Turning research into clear insights that add value to candidates and clients Preparing targeted research and materials for high-value client and prospect meetings Spotting leadership moves, market shifts, and hiring signals that create new client conversations Keeping multiple searches moving with pace, precision, and strong follow-through Qualifications 1 - 4 years’ experience delivering retained executive searches A strong instinct for where senior talent sits and how to engage it The ability to turn complex briefs into focused, credible search strategies Confidence assessing senior candidates and contributing in client settings Commercial curiosity and an eye for the market signals that create opportunity The judgement, pace, and follow-through to keep searches moving The ambition to take increasing ownership across delivery and client work You’ll work alongside our US Practice Lead and Group MD, gaining direct exposure to building a growing US search business. #J-18808-Ljbffr Qurated
