What You'll Do:
- Oversee a team of DOT CDL drivers, administrative support, material handlers, and sales associates within an assigned geographic area
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with all DOT regulations and federal, state, and local laws
- Drive operational efficiency—from inventory management to customer service excellence
- Foster collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless delivery of products
- Lead hiring, coaching, and performance management to build a high-performing team
- Manage expenses, logistics, and workforce planning for optimal productivity
What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in distribution/warehouse operations (bachelor's degree preferred)
- Strong leadership skills—ability to engage employees and set clear goals
- Expertise in process improvement, problem-solving, and efficiency optimization
- Customer-centric mindset—ensuring timely, safe, and accurate order fulfillment
