This is an exceptional operation located near New Buffalo, Michigan that would welcome your creativ e input. Current annual volume close to $5M a year. WE ARE BUSY Growth opportunity is enormous: The owner just purchased 2 parcels to become 2 new restaurant . This "resort" town includes a busy beachfront and our client received exclusive rights for all F&B on the beac .
