What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees at a commercial real estate front desk while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the building lobby, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
• Receive and direct guests, answer incoming calls, provide information, and coordinate with building management and appropriate personnel as needed.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk; report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate emergency responders and building personnel when required.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
