This includes ensuring accuracy in billing, maintaining compliance with regulations, and supporting admissions and census management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll processesOversee resident trust accounts and maintain accurate financial recordsEnsure timely and accurate billing for Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance providersLead collections efforts and maintain consistent follow-up processesSupervise business office staff, including reception and financial rolesSupport admissions with financial coordination and documentationMaintain census reporting, bank deposits, and account reconciliationsManage petty cash tracking and replenishmentBuild and maintain professional relationships with residents, families, and vendorsEnsure compliance with all long-term care financial regulations and standardsQualificationsMinimum of 1 year experience as a Business Office Manager in a skilled nursing facility preferredStrong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party billingProven experience in accounts receivable and collectionsHighly organized with strong attention to detailStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamJoin Our TeamThis is a key leadership role where your expertise directly supports quality care and facility success every day.Pinckneyville Nursing and Rehabilitation is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE). #J-18808-Ljbffr Pinckneyville Nursing and Rehab
