AE - Sales Leader (Full-Time)

Job Description As the full‑time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and drive killer sales results. You represent the company values and bring your real self to work every day. Your Responsibilities Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and sales floor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class, in‑store guest experience. Motivate and inspire the team through AEO core values; hold associates accountable to service standards, especially on the sales floor and in the fitting room. Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is always staffed to meet business needs; train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and represent a Guest‑First culture. Challenge sales and stock associates with clear, attainable goals and provide ongoing performance feedback through real‑time coaching, celebrating outstanding performance. Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards, ensuring fitting rooms are always guest‑ready and meet brand standards. Maintain store safety and asset protection standards, adhere to all AEO policies and procedures, and always do the right thing. You'd Be Great For This Role If You love AE and Aerie products. Pay/Benefits Information Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
