We're partnering with a growing outpatient practice seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician interested in a long-term opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

Practice Highlights
Outpatient only
Bread-and-butter Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Adult patient population (18+)
Very limited geriatric care
Focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and continuity of care
Minimal acute care volume

Schedule
Monday-Friday
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
No call
No weekends

Patient Volume
Approximately 2-3 patients per hour
Manageable pace with strong emphasis on quality patient care
Limited same-day acute visits

Support & Practice Environment
Established outpatient practice
Collaborative team environment
Opportunity to support and work alongside Advanced Practice Providers

Credentialing
Fast credentialing process
Expected turnaround of approximately one week

Coverage Flexibility
Primary coverage will be at one Philadelphia-area clinic
Occasional support at nearby locations may be requested
Multiple regional practice locations provide long-term growth opportunities
Travel requirements are minimal and reasonable

Ideal Candidate
Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Comfortable seeing an adult patient population
Interested in a long-term locums-to-perm opportunity
Team-oriented and comfortable working with APPs
Open to occasional travel between nearby clinic locations
