Job DescriptionDuties/Responsibilities: Implements and sustains BDPS work process for the manufacturing unit.Identifies critical equipment setting and creation of standards.Creates technical knowledge for the manufacturing unit and transfers the knowledge to the operator and technical associates.Coaches associates on continuous improvement methodologies within the manufacturing unit.Understands top losses within the manufacturing unit and develops and implements plans to eliminate losses and drive OEE performance.Responsible for manufacturing unit change control including validation activities, root cause analysis of prioritized OEE losses, and quality events and deviations.Other duties as required to support the needs of the businessEducation:Bachelor’s Degree required in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred.Experience: Two years Medical manufacturing experience preferred Three years manufacturing experience preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Effective Oral/written Communication - ProficientAbility to work as part of a team / Teambuilding - ProficientIndependent thinking / Self Driven - ProficientDecision Making Ability - ProficientMachine Design – Proficient Troubleshooting / Problem Solving - Advanced Safety & Ergonomics Expertise – ProficientProject Management - BasicQuality Systems Knowledge – ProficientLogistics & Planning Knowledge – BasicComputer Skills / Microsoft Office - ProficientFinancial Acumen – BasicWhy Join Us?To find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
