What You’ll DoAs a Prep Cook, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards.
- Assisting with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of ingredients.
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Supporting the kitchen team with additional tasks as needed to ensure timely service.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 3 years of experience as a prep cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- Strong knife skills and a good understanding of basic cooking techniques.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to assist others when needed.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality.
