Key Responsibilities (Lead, Run & Deliver)

• High-Level Field Execution: Execute commercial, residential, and industrial wiring, service panel upgrades (100A–800A+), conduit runs, transformers, and dedicated equipment circuits strictly per NEC standards.
• Job Site Leadership: Lead daily field operations, direct apprentices, manage material logistics, enforce OSHA safety compliance, and ensure zero-defect work.
• Diagnostics & Blueprint Reading: Interpret electrical schematics and engineering prints; systematically trace shorts, test circuitry, and solve complex field challenges without hand-holding.
• Inspector & Client Liaison: Interface professionally with city inspectors, general contractors, and project owners to pass inspections on the first run.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS

This position requires direct Journeyman-level or Foreman field experience. Entry-level applicants will not be reviewed.

• Journeyman or Foreman Experience: Minimum 4–5+ years of verified hands-on electrical contracting experience running commercial, residential, or industrial job sites.
• Technical Mastery: Superior conduit bending skills (EMT/PVC/Rigid), panel building, service hookups, motor controls, and diagnostic meter usage.
• Site Management Skills: Proven ability to run crews, manage site deadlines, coordinate submittals, and maintain high efficiency.
• Clean MVR & Screening: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record to operate company service trucks, plus ability to pass background and drug screenings.
• Tools & Physical Stamina: Complete personal set of professional trade hand tools and full physical capability to handle field demands in desert conditions.
