An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. The post holder will be the Professional Lead for Physiotherapy and an Associate Lead of Therapies, providing operational, professional and strategic leadership for the physiotherapy service, and lead Therapies in prehabilitation/ rehabilitation, breast, sarcoma, urology and living with and beyond cancer, as well as therapy services including lymphoedema. Provide expert clinical leadership, develop innovative practice and act as a resource of rehabilitation expertise, which may span and influence different staff groups and organisations. Deputise for the Head of Therapies in their absence as required. On behalf of the Divisional Director and Head of Therapies to authorise expenditure, control stock levels and be responsible for resource allocation for therapy services.
