In-House Listing Agent (Wholesale Real Estate)

Position Type: Full-time, Commission-Only, Hybrid ( In- office/ remote per company needs) Compensation: 100% Commission | Range: ($60k-$200k) All leads provided by the company. There will be a commission split on total commission and all leads provided to you. You will be responsible for daily KPI's and will be presenting and listing deals all over the State of California! You will have your license hung with your preferred brokerage and just be listing our leads/clients home. Position Overview We are seeking a licensed real estate professional to join our organization as an In-House Listing Agent. In this role, you will represent the company at seller listing appointments and all leads will be provided to you. All leads are generated and provided by the company all you have to do is close the appointment. The position requires travel to property appointments, Zoom Meetings, etc. and is compensated exclusively on a 100% commission basis. Primary Responsibilities Conduct in-person & Zoom listing appointments with property sellers Prospect using the company's leads and secure exclusive listing agreements with homeowners and property owners. Conduct comparative market analyses (CMAs) to recommend competitive listing prices. Advise sellers on property preparation, staging, repairs, and improvements to maximize appeal and value. Coordinate professional photography, videography, virtual tours, floor plans, and marketing materials. List properties on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and major real estate portals; develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns (online, social media, print, open houses, and agent networks). Schedule and host open houses, private showings, and broker tours. Communicate regularly with sellers on market feedback, showing activity, and strategy adjustments. Review, present, and negotiate offers; prepare and manage contracts, disclosures, and addenda in compliance with local laws and brokerage policies. Coordinate inspections, appraisals, title work, and other due-diligence items through closing. Maintain accurate records, transaction files, and client communications. Stay current on market trends, neighborhood data, pricing, and local regulations. Collaborate with buyer’s agents, transaction coordinators, and other professionals to facilitate smooth closings. Build and maintain a referral network and personal brand within the real estate community. Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a licensed real estate agent Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel to listing appointments Demonstrated ability to build rapport, present solutions, and close agreements Strong organizational skills and capacity to work independently within established company procedures Prior experience in residential real estate sales, listings, or wholesaling preferred Compensation Structure 100% commission on successfully closed transactions All leads provided by the company No desk fees or lead-generation costs The successful candidate will be an experienced, licensed real estate agent who thrives in a performance-driven environment, prefers focusing on appointments and closings rather than lead generation, and is comfortable operating within a wholesale real estate model. #J-18808-Ljbffr Evergreen Capital
