Legal Talent Attraction Specialist at LHH Recruitment Solutions LHH is seeking a Corporate Paralegal for a position located in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a Hybrid work arrangement (2 days remote, 3 days in-office). The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal. Here are some key points about the role: Maintain legal separation of entities Redline documents and take notes Perform legal research Review, track, and monitor legislation impacting products and processes Update leadership with summaries of new legislation and regulations Assist with contract changes to comply with legislation/regulations Renew and maintain company licensing Draft, file, and manage business entity documents for LLCs and partnerships Draft, review, and analyze legal contracts and correspondence under the direction of the General Counsel Work independently and assist with business operations and administrative responsibilities Salary range: $70,000 to $110,000 (depending on experience) Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Legal Industries Legal Services Benefits include Medical insurance, 401(k), and Vision insurance. #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
