Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of the Coverage and Capital Markets vertical, supporting senior executives and regional teams across Latin America, Asia, and Canada. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and adaptability, which will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

What's the Job?
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, and organize appointments for senior executives and team members.
  • Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other essential materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, and expense reporting, adhering to company policies.
  • Support the planning and execution of meetings, events, and offsite activities, ensuring smooth logistics and materials preparation.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, facilitating professional and timely communication.
What's Needed?
  • 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative support role.
  • Experience working in a professional services or financial institution environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven ability to support senior leaders and teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across regions.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in coordinating with global teams.
