Pay Range: CAD 60 to CAD 65

Duration: 12 Months Contract

City & State: Edmonton, Alberta (Remote)

Job Description:

• We are looking for very personable individuals who possess a very flexible attitude to join an application maintenance services (AMS) team.
• We are looking for an intermediate to senior Business Analyst with extensive experience working with clients and supporting a maintenance team.

Must have experience:

• Working in AMS.
• Big picture thinking to analyze beyond the immediate solution and identify all impacts and risks.
• Consulting business clients’ talking in business terms and translating that into requirements for the maintenance team.
• Interacting with business clients to gather their business and technical requirements.
• Analyzing requirements to provide solutions satisfactory to the client, considering established standards and guidelines.
• Providing estimates for implementing requirements.
• Translating business requirements into Functional Specifications.
• Understanding the importance of the user experience and user interfaces.
• Designing user interfaces for business application.
• Performing functional testing of application and business functions may be required periodically.
• Ensuring solution is viable and cohesive with existing applications.
• Liaise with developers and testers to support implementing the design.
• Experience with traditional web applications.
• Extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics/Power Apps.
