Operations ManagerSenior Helpers is seeking a dynamic leader to run our Northern Queens location. The Operations Manager is responsible for the revenue growth, planning, directing, overseeing and control of the day to day and long-term activities of the region. This leader’s essential objective is to drive strategy and scale growth while maintaining exceptional quality of care. A key role of this position will be to create an environment and culture that provides strong vision, direction, and support to teams that will impact the growth and ensure success for all. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and have a breadth of hands-on experience in operations, business, and sales development in home care or a closely related care industry. At Senior Helpers of Northern Queens, we believe our employees are our greatest asset.Essential Job Duties:Manage the day-to-day operations, provide daily support and leadership to care and office teams.Strategize, organize, and direct business operations to achieve goals, directives, and vision and mission of the company.Oversee budget and P&L of the region, allocate necessary resources.Formulate strategies for both new and existing partnerships, joint ventures and/or alliances.Negotiate and influence to ensure revenue growth.Participate in the development and implementation of specific strategies that will ensure high-quality client care and effective utilization of resources, for growth and financial viability.Ensure optimal client satisfaction and experience.Ensure staffing and recruitment initiatives meet and support business needs.Oversee, training, and development of care and office team.Adhere to federal, state, and local compliance practices.Adhere to processes and practices around company administration and policy.Oversee accurate time keeping and records; collaborate with Payroll.Maintain awareness of competitive landscape. Identify opportunities for market and client expansion, and new business development.Perform other tasks as assigned or needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of 3+ years of relevant work experience is preferred.Minimum 2 years of operations and employee management experience is required.Ideal candidate has an active HHA/PCA license in the state of NY.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.Senior care experience is strongly preferred.Demonstrable sales, sales development, and sales management experiencePossess a strong business acumen.Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.Proactive, ability to take initiative and to foresee potential issues and provide multiple resolutions.Strong collaboration skills with both subordinate team and corporate partnersProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required.Ability to learn software programs quickly.Strong leadership skills.Good with customer service - this is a client-facing role.Company Benefits:Employee opt in options for:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceShort team & Long-term DisabilityPaid Time OffLife InsurancePay On DemandVarious Discount ProgramsAbout Senior Helpers:We are an independently owned and operated franchisee of SH Franchising, LLC dba Senior Helpers®.
