Director of Finance

Director of Finance – Responsibilities The Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the school, including preparing, reviewing, and maintaining the fiscal year budget, facilitating monthly Finance Committee meetings, maintaining financial records, payroll processing, managing accounts payable and receivable, student billing, and financial aid management. Additional responsibilities include serving as liaison between staff and the diocesan HR department, managing staff leave (FMLA, short-term disability, etc.), and collaborating with staff and Principal on related absences. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience in business highly preferred. Strong commitment to Catholic education. Superior communication, interpersonal, organizational, and managerial skills. Enthusiastic, positive attitude, flexible, hardworking, collaborative team player. Employment Details Full-time (40 hours per week), 12-month position.
