Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting one-on-one therapy sessions with clients to facilitate personal growth and emotional healing.

• Providing couples therapy focused on improving relationship dynamics, communication skills, and conflict resolution.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions to assist family members in addressing relational challenges and enhancing overall familial support systems.

• Assessing clients for mental health disorders and creating comprehensive treatment plans that are individualized to meet their specific goals and challenges.

• Diagnosing mental health conditions based on evidence-based practices and structured clinical assessments.

• Collaborating with healthcare providers, case managers, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic care for clients, promoting community resources when necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Arizona.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and collaborate with colleagues.

• Strong capability to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented environment, adapting to the dynamics of remote collaboration.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community health setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth systems and methodology.

• Training in evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, plus a sign-on bonus to welcome new team members.
