Duties and Responsibilities: Extensive knowledge and experience preparing estimates in Xactimate. Must be capable of estimating fixed bid projects and time and material projects. Responsible for projects exceeding $1M. Demonstrate thorough understanding of all 360 Fire & Flood services. Must understand scope, schedule work, communicate professionally, ensure project safety, and maintain quality controls. Review daily requirements of the projects, document progress and notify managers of progress and challenges. Provide appropriate field documentation, photo logs, graphs and sketches for various projects. Must maintain attention to detail. Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines. Will be required to work nights and weekends as requested and travel periodically. Qualifications: 5 plus years of industry experience. Water damage restoration: 2 years (Required). #J-18808-Ljbffr
