Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques to conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions, focusing on identifying issues and developing effective treatment plans.

• Engage with clients to deliver Empowerment Counseling Services, providing support that emphasizes personal growth and emotional resilience.

• Monitor and document client progress using our cloud-based EHR system, ensuring all records are compliant with ethical standards and insurance requirements.

• Facilitate treatment programs designed to manage mental health symptoms, trauma, and dual diagnosis scenarios, while maintaining client safety and confidentiality.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize client care and share insights on treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
