Client Engagement Coordinator / Account Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Client Engagement Coordinator / Account Coordinator to join our Client Services team.

In this role, you will help connect our clients with our internal creative, performance media, strategy, and production teams. You will support the day-to-day management of client accounts, track project timelines and campaign deliverables, assist with reporting and presentations, and help ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and eager to learn in a fast-paced digital advertising and agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Support daily client communications, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items and next steps.
• Account Planning: Support the development and maintenance of campaign plans based on client and internal briefs. Assist with research, planning, and presentation development.
• Project & Campaign Management: Track project timelines, deliverables, creative assets, and campaign milestones to help ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Performance Reporting: Assist Account Managers with collecting data from platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, and LinkedIn to support weekly and monthly performance reports and presentations.
• Quality Assurance: Review ad copy, creative assets, targeting, tracking URLs, and other campaign elements before launch to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Account Administration: Maintain client folders and documentation, track campaign budgets and pacing, and support monthly billing and invoicing processes with the Finance team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with creative, media, strategy, and production teams to ensure clear communication and smooth execution across client projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• 13 years of experience in an advertising agency, digital marketing, client services, or related environment.
• Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts such as CPC, CPM, CTR, and ROAS.
• Familiarity with digital advertising channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic.
• Familiarity with project management tools and platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear action items.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Eagerness to learn and stay current with digital marketing tools, platforms, and industry trends.
