Sales Coordinator (Greenwich)

Immediately hiring a Sales Support Coordinator for a national luxury brand! This role would be 3-6 months in length and possibly extend.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end order management process, from pre-order through delivery, while delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and external clients.
- Serve as a key point of contact, managing communications across internal departments and with clients to ensure order accuracy, on-time delivery, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and track order reporting data, providing visibility into order status, fulfillment, and performance.
- Support Showroom Sales Consultants throughout the sales process by preparing quotes, entering orders, coordinating sample requests, and processing and collecting payments.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Consultants, Client Services, and Technical Support to identify and resolve client issues efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Two years of experience working in administration, marketing, operations or sales support
- A high level of personal judgement and integrity
- Proficiency in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables) and Word
- Experience using a CRM system
- Strong work ethic and independent problem solving skills
