The Big Task For a HVAC Service Apprentice This apprenticeship is designed to provide the knowledge and technical expertise required to grow into a skilled HVAC professional, with the potential to become a HVAC Service Technician. Key Sub Tasks For a HVAC Service Apprentice Actively participate in and complete the NexTech Academy. Engage in structured training sessions at our HVAC Technical Training Center while gaining hands‑on experience to sharpen your technical skills. Support the Lead Service Technician on service calls, ensuring efficiency and precision in every task. Build strong customer relationships to guarantee satisfaction and earn trust. Present yourself as a professional, creating opportunities for referrals and repeat business. Learn to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues while adhering to our high‑quality standards. Maintain clean, organized job sites and ensure service trucks are properly stocked. Assist in the accurate and timely completion of all paperwork and job documentation. Master and apply the Nexstar Service System in every customer interaction. Continuously invest in your training and growth as you develop into a top‑tier HVAC professional. Perform additional duties as needed. Experience Highly organized with exceptional follow‑through abilities. Strong verbal and written communications. Passionate about Mattioni Plumbing, Heating & Cooling and loves the brand. High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections. Strong desire to become a HVAC Service Technician. Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment.
