School-Based Physical Therapist - Scottsdale, Arizona

Make a meaningful impact in students' lives as a Physical Therapist serving PreK-8th grade learners in a collaborative school-based environment. This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work onsite throughout the school year, providing direct support to a diverse caseload within a supportive educational team. Key Qualifications:

• Current, valid Physical Therapy state license (must be submitted at application)
• Active IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (must be submitted at application)
• Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Ability to manage and organize a caseload independently while collaborating with educators and families
• Commitment to creating accessible, student-centered intervention plans

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative PT services to students across PreK through 8th grade
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in compliance with IEPs and district policies
• Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports as required
• Participate in IEP meetings, team collaborations, and professional development opportunities

This assignment runs from August through late May, aligning with the academic calendar and providing consistent schedule and routine.
