Director of Marketing (AI First), Top Agent Realty, Troy MI

Top Agent Realty is one of Metro Detroit's top producing real estate brokerages: 40 plus agents, more than 1,000 five star reviews, and over $1 billion in closed sales. We are hiring a Director of Marketing who runs marketing the way it will be run everywhere in two years: one sharp operator plus Claude doing the work of a full department.

We are not looking for someone who has "tried ChatGPT." We are looking for someone who already uses Claude at its full potential every day: Claude Projects with your own context loaded, Claude Code to build and ship web pages and automations, artifacts for dashboards and landing pages, and connectors (MCP) that let Claude read your CRM, ad accounts, email, and calendar and act on them. What you will own

• Paid lead generation: Google Ads and Meta campaigns for seller, buyer, and luxury audiences. You own the budget, the creative, the landing pages, and the cost per appointment. You use Claude to write and test ad variations, analyze campaign data, and build landing pages in hours instead of weeks.
• Website and SEO: topagentrealtymi.com (WordPress and Elementor, 100 plus pages). City pages, agent pages, blog, schema, Search Console. You run an AI content pipeline with real editorial standards, and you ship.
• Listing marketing: a repeatable launch package for every new listing (photography, video, Matterport, reels, email, social, postcards, open house promotion) that agents request in one step and Claude helps produce.
• Agent brands: 40 plus agent pages, bios, review collection, and social content that make each agent look like the best choice in their market.
• Email and text: campaigns to our database of past clients and leads, review requests, and re engagement sequences inside Follow Up Boss.
• Social and video: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business Profile. Weekly content calendar, reels, agent features.
• Automation and reporting: connect Claude to Follow Up Boss, Google Ads, Meta, and GA4 so the weekly scoreboard builds itself. Leads in, contacted within 24 hours, conversations, appointments set, cost per appointment. You present it every Friday to ownership.

What a great first 90 days looks like

• Days 1 to 30: set up Claude Projects and connectors for every channel, audit everything, fix tracking so every lead has a source, publish the weekly scoreboard.
• Days 31 to 60: relaunch paid seller campaigns with new creative and landing pages, roll out the listing launch package to every agent.
• Days 61 to 90: paid channels producing appointments at a cost per appointment you can defend, and the content calendar and reporting running on automation you built.

What we are looking for

• Daily, hands on Claude user. You can show us a Project, a Claude Code build, an artifact, or an automation you made and explain what it does for the business. This is the number one requirement.
• 3 plus years in marketing with campaigns you ran end to end, ideally in real estate, mortgage, home services, or another local lead generation business.
• Hands on with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4. You have personally built and optimized campaigns.
• Comfortable in WordPress and a page builder (Elementor preferred). Bonus if you have shipped HTML, CSS, or JavaScript with Claude Code.
• Experience with a CRM (Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Lofty, HubSpot, or similar) and lead routing.
• Video and design fluency: Canva, CapCut or Premiere, and you can direct a shoot.
• You measure everything and you would rather kill a channel that is not working than defend it.
• Michigan real estate license is a plus, not required.
