Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Staff Accountant to join a dynamic finance team on a short-term basis to provide leave coverage. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role will support key accounting functions, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all processes. Job Function Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with accounting standards Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts Conduct general ledger account reconciliations and detailed account analysis Support daily cash management activities, including cash flow reporting Process wire transfers and tax-related payments accurately and on time Assist with year-end audit preparation and provide supporting documentation Collaborate with the finance team on special projects and ad hoc reporting needs Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required 1–5 years of accounting experience Experience with journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger analysis Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Healthcare industry experience is a plus Disclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
