Billing & Client Success Specialist
Hibu
Hibu is seeking a Client Services Representative to research and resolve billing-related issues for clients and Sales across all Hibu products. You will provide accurate product information, collaborate with clients and Sales to resolve claims, and help retain clients by highlighting product value during conversations. The role handles calls about billing, processes credit card and ACH payments, ensures account accuracy, supports ad hoc projects, and strives for one-call resolutions to boost #J-18808-Ljbffr Hibu
