Executive Assistant


Supports the SVP & Corporate Controller and SVP of Tax with high-level administrative and operational assistance across both departments.


What You'll Do

• Manage calendars, scheduling, and communications for two senior executives across global time zones
• Handle confidential and time-sensitive matters with sound judgment
• Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Coordinate travel, expense reports, and vendor invoices
• Support the department during financial close and other high-volume periods
• Help prepare materials for Audit Committee, CFO, and finance leadership meetings
• Assist with tax department operations: billing, budgets, purchase orders, invoice approvals, and recordkeeping
• Assist with tax authority correspondence and global data collection
• Manage office logistics - meeting rooms, supplies, and general office support
• Handle ad hoc requests as needed

What You'll Need

• 7+ years supporting senior executives in an administrative role
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
• Strong communication skills; comfortable working across international teams/time zones
• Expert-level Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities under pressure
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexibility for early/late hours as needed
