Research Data Analyst

To support the User Research team, the part-time contract Research Data Analyst will conduct in-depth analysis of player behavior metrics, develop dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights for game development. Key responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis of player behavior metrics to identify trends and opportunities Develop and maintain dashboards to communicate findings and progress against goals Collaborate with user research teams to integrate quantitative data with qualitative insights Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, analytics engineering, or UX research analytics Prior experience working with telemetry data and game analytics pipelines is strongly preferred Strong statistics and data analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL, R, or Python Familiarity with analytics tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI Emphasis in psychology, human-computer interaction, or a related field is ideal
