Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that articulate clear goals, interventions, and expected outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated approach to client care.

• Maintain rigorous and timely documentation of client sessions, ensuring compliance with ethical, legal, and clinical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
