Implementation Analyst

We are seeking a detail oriented Pension Administration / Implementation Specialist to support a fast paced environment focused on pension administrative services and system migrations. This individual will work closely with internal delivery teams and report into leadership while helping onboard new clients, analyze pension plan data, and support the transition of existing clients onto new platforms. Key Responsibilities Support pension administration processes including manual calculations, processing election forms, and loading pension data into systems Analyze new client pension plan documents and lead discovery efforts to understand requirements Partner with internal delivery teams to transition existing clients onto new platforms Translate business needs into clear requirements for system configuration and development Support end to end implementation efforts with a focus on accuracy and alignment to deliverables Develop and execute test plans, identify edge cases, and create test scenarios based on data analysis Assist with project coordination across system migration initiatives Required Experience Hands on pension administration experience (not call center or actuarial focused) Experience with pension calculations, payment setup, and system data loading Strong implementation experience with the ability to define and document requirements Experience creating and executing test plans, including identifying gaps and edge cases Exposure to or experience supporting system migration projects in a project management capacity Soft Skills / Team Fit Naturally curious and not afraid to ask questions to fully understand requirements Ability to analyze past processes and leverage insights for future improvements Strong independent worker with excellent time management skills Effective communicator who can quickly grasp new concepts and collaborate across teams Fast paced environment supporting new and existing clients Exposure to end to end pension administration and system implementation work Team of 5 supporting the function under leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr Phyton Talent Advisors
